The agritourism facility is made up of five rooms with private bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area, a veranda and a large garden.

The rooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, a bunk bed, wardrobe with two doors, night stands, a desk, a television and a small refrigerator.

Four of the rooms are located on the top floor and one on the ground floor. Two of the upper floor rooms also have large terraces furnished with table and chairs.

All of the rooms have private bathrooms with shower (one room with a bathtub), toilet, sink, bidet and vanity.
The ground floor room has a private garden with a furnished veranda and a bathroom with access for disabled guests.

The ground floor also houses the “guest kitchen”.
This is a spacious kitchen/living room open for all guests for independent meal preparation and serving. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, two stove burners, oven, dishwasher, table, chairs and television, as well as all necessary cookware and dishes.

This area opens up to the veranda, which is also furnished with table and chairs for outdoor eating. The veranda faces the large garden, which has a play area for children, gazebo and barbeque.

The seaside and pine forest of Marina di Bibbona can be reached in five minutes by car or with the bicycles that we provide to our guests. In addition, all of the other points of interest along the Etruscan Coast, such as San Vincenzo, Baratti, Marina di Castagneto, Marina di Cecina, Vada and Castiglioncello, are in the near vicinity.

This is also an ideal destination for those who love bicycle riding and bicycle touring, both at a beginner and professional level, thanks to the wide variety of trails spread across the territory and its all year round mild climate.
Furthermore, Bibbona is the hometown of the world champion cyclist Paolo Bettini, who does the bulk of his training right here.
