The farmhouse facility is made up of five rooms each with private bathrooms, a large kitchen and living area, a veranda and a big garden.

The rooms are furnished with queen sized bed, bunk bed, wardrobe with two doors, night stands, desk with chair, television and a small refrigerator.

All of the rooms have private bathrooms with shower (one room with a bathtub), toilet, sink, bidet and vanity unit.

Four rooms are located on the first floor, two of which have large terraces furnished with table and chairs.

The fifth room, located on the ground floor, has a private garden with a furnished veranda and a bathroom suitable for disabled guests.

The ground floor of the building also houses the “guest’s kitchen”, a large kitchen/living room open to all guests for the preparation and consumption of quests’ own breakfast and other meals. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, two stove burners, oven, dishwasher, tables, chairs and television, as well as all necessary cookware and dishes.

The communal kitchen area opens onto the veranda, which is also furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating. The veranda faces the large garden with a play area for children, a gazebo and a barbeque. There is a laundrette on site.

Available for guests, 100 meters from the building, are a swimming pool, baby swimming pool, multipurpose sports area, and bowling strip.

The seaside and pine woods of Marina di Bibbona can be reached in five minutes by car or with the bicycles that we provide to our guests. In addition, all of the other points of interest along the Etruscan Coast, such as San Vincenzo, Baratti, Marina di Castagneto, Marina di Cecina, Vada and Castiglioncello, are within easy reach.

This area is the right destination for those who love bike riding and bike touring, whether at an amateur or a professional level, thanks to the wide variety of trails spread across the territory and its all year round mild climate.

This is the ideal place for a vacation in Tuscany, for sports enthusiasts, for those who love fine cuisine, great wine, the sea, nature and authenticity of local products.

QUALITY AGRITOURISM IN RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT

Our attention and respect for the environment led us to decisions which in 2009 allowed us to achieve the Ecolabel award. Ecolabel is the European brand for environmental certification of products and services. It is a voluntary award , granted to those products and services that respect established ecological criteria on a European level. The achievement of Ecolabel therefore constitutes a certificate of excellence that is only released for those products and services with a low environmental impact.

With such an aim, the initiatives we deem of particular interest and significance are the installation of a photovoltaic system of 12Kw for the production of electricity; of a geothermal system, integrated with a solar system, to produce hot water; and the implementation of various items to save energy and resources such as the selection of household appliances, reduced energy consumption bulbs, water flow reduction devices, careful waste separation, etc.
