Rates include:
VAT, final cleaning, beds ready made with sheet change every 7 days, towels, covers, pillows, TV, heating, gas, hot water, electricity, kitchenware, supply of some breakfast items (melba toast, milk, coffee, tea, jam and/or honey), use of the kitchen for autonomous preparation of meals, access to the Agri-camping swimming pool (100m away).

Rates do not include:
Additional change of linen: complete € 10; towels only € 5;
Additional cleaning on request: € 40;
Dinner on request (with farm products) € 20, drinks included.

FAMILY OFFER: places for additional members of the same family are always free

LONG PERIOD OFFER: for bookings of minimum 2 weeks, 10% discount in periods A-B-C, 5% discount in periods D-E

Booking and payment:

After we have confirmed availability, you will need to pay a legal deposit of 30% of the total amount.
Payment of the balance must be made at Nonna Stella upon checking-in or on the following day.

Accepted methods of payment are: cash, personal cheque and/or bank draft, money order, bank transfer, MasterCard or VISA credit card.

The farmhouse is just 4 kilometres from the sea and enjoys a panoramic view of the nearby hills and of medieval villages.

CAMPING

The camping, “lost” in our green countryside, offers large pitches with fully equipped and cosy mobile homes, each with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda with table and chairs, BBQ, deckchairs and umbrella.
