PRODUCTION AND DIRECT SALE OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Our 500 olive trees are of the types "Moraiolo", "Frantoio" and "Leccino", all original/native from Tuscany. The harvest takes place at end of October, the best time of the year, exclusively by hand with the use of nets and shakers. The pressing, carried out with the traditional whole olive pressing method, takes place within 24-48 hours in a high-tech olive mill to guarantee genuine extra virgin oil, combining modern working methods, with the highest levels of hygiene, and tradition. These technologies allow cold pressing, which helps preserving the well known nutritional characteristics of Extra Virgin Olive Oil intact.

Guests can assist/help with the work in the fields We also have about 500 olive trees which produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil, which will always be available in the kitchen. |
