Rates include
VAT, final cleaning, ready-made beds with weekly change of bed sheets and towels, blankets, pillows, TV, heating, gas, hot water, electricity, crockery and cutlery, supply of breakfast items (rusks, milk, biscuits, tea, jams), free use of the kitchen to prepare your own meals, free use of swimming pools.
Rates do NOT include:
- Additional change of bed sheets and towels: (complete per person €20.00; towels only €5.00)
- Additional cleaning on request: € 40.00
- Municipal tourist tax
FAMILY SPECIAL DEAL: additional places for members of the same household (parents and children) are free of charge up to the age of 11.
LONG PERIOD SPECIAL DEAL: For minimum stays of 2 weeks, 10% discount in periods A – B, 5% discount in periods C – D.
PETS ARE ADMITTED FREE OF CHARGE
Arrivals: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Departures: before 10:00 am.
Late Check-out Surcharge: subject to availability and prior arrangement at least 24 hours in advance, late check-outs (after 10 am) will be charged at one night’s rate as per seasonal rates.

Pitches
Two types of accommodation are available:
- ‘STANDARD’ pitches are approximately 80 square metres.
- ‘SUPERIOR’ pitches are approximately 150 square metres.
Both are equipped with electricity (6A industrial power point) and water.
Rates include:
- VAT
- water and electricity
- use of swimming pools and communal facilities
- use of chemical toilet waste disposal
Rates DO NOT include: municipal tourist tax.
